Order Processing
Regular orders are processed within 5 business days.
Processing time is separate from the carrier delivery estimate. Processing time is counted in business days and does not include weekends or public holidays. If a long holiday affects processing, Aura Pearl may share an additional notice.
Estimated U.S. Delivery
Estimated U.S. delivery is 3-5 days after the order is handed to the carrier.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Carrier timing can vary because of weather, carrier volume, delivery-area conditions, scanning updates, or events outside Aura Pearl's control.
Fulfillment And Carrier Partners
Aura Pearl fulfillment and carrier partners may include Amazon FBA, UPS, and FedEx, depending on the order and available service.
Tracking
Tracking is uploaded to your store account within 1 business day after the shipping label is created or the order is processed for shipment.
Please allow time for the carrier's first scan to appear. If your tracking number has not updated after the expected scan window, contact Customer Care with your order number and tracking number.
Order Changes, Cancellations, And Address Corrections
Contact Customer Care as soon as possible if you need to request an order change, cancellation, or delivery-address correction.

Aura Pearl can review the request before the order is processed or handed to a carrier. After carrier handoff, changes depend on carrier rules and cannot be guaranteed.

For current U.S. orders, Aura Pearl covers duties, import taxes, and customs clearance charges associated with the order.

Delivered But Not Received
If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find the package, please first check the delivery area, mailbox, porch, lobby, reception, mailroom, parcel locker, safe-place delivery notices, anyone at the address who may have accepted the package, and the latest carrier tracking details.
If the package is still missing, contact Customer Care with your order number, tracking number, destination ZIP code, and a short note about what you have checked.
