Shipping

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, and selected international destinations.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. A shipping confirmation with tracking information will be sent once your order is on its way.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier, and customs processing for international orders.

International orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Returns & exchanges

We want you to love your Aura Pearl pieces. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition, returned with original packaging, and free from damage, perfume, lotion, or signs of wear.

Return shipping

If the return is not due to a quality issue, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can help review and resolve it.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return if they have been worn or altered. Final sale items, personalized items, and gift cards may also be excluded from returns unless required by law.

How to start a return
